Description of Pricing

When pricing the golf package we start off with a base rate which includes luxurious accommodations and a round of golf for each night of stay. The base rate includes accommodations, and an afternoon round at a Championship course, Monday through Thursday. Surcharges may be added to the base rate for weekend play, morning tee times, upgraded golf courses, and depending on the room configuration. In addition you have tax.

Day of Play:	Both the golf and room rates are more expensive for stay & play Friday through Sunday. Generally, it is about $20 more but does vary by course and day.

Tee Times:	The exclusive deals that Meridian offers feature early afternoon tee times. These tee times are NOT twilight times and you will finish 18 holes. If you prefer to play in the morning the typical increase is about $20 per player; however, this does vary greatly from course to course.

Golf Courses:	Meridian CondoResorts features 4 tiers of golf courses. The Championship courses are included in the base rate. The Championship plus courses are generally $15 additional; the premium courses are generally $30 additional; and, the Premium plus courses are generally $50+ additional.

Condos:	The package price is based on double occupancy per bedroom in a 2 or 3 bedroom condo or 3 golfers in a 1 bedroom condo. Meridian CondoResorts features 1, 2, and 3 bedroom condos with the option of either 1 king bed or 2 twin beds in each bedroom. For alternate room configurations such as 3 golfers in a 3 bedroom or 2 golfers in a 1 bedroom, additional fees will apply.

Sometimes the easiest way to get a grasp of the pricing is to be shown an example:

Let’s assume you have 4 golfers and are staying in a 2 bedroom condo and are golfing at Palm Valley Thursday, Oct. 28 at 12:10 p.m.

The base package price is $79 per player for that night, plus tax. Look at the pricing grid (located below the course pictures) and you will see a $0 surcharge for that day and time. On this day the package price would be $79 per player plus tax.

Looking at the price grid, you’ll notice that if you played Unlimited golf and teed off at 8:00 a.m. at Palm Valley. There would be additional $10 added to the base rate ($79 + $10) so the price would be $89 per player plus tax.

Finally, if you play on Friday, Oct. 29 at 12:10 p.m. the pricing grid shows an additional $15 ($79 + $15), so the rate that day would be $94 per player plus tax.
