Check-In Procedures:
  • Meridian’s Check-in Office is opened from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Arizona time) seven days per week (closed on major holidays).
  • From June 10, 2009 to September 4, 2009 Meridian’s office will be open from 9:00 am to 6:oo pm Monday thru Friday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturdays and closed on Sundays.
  • If you are planning an after hours check-in, please contact the Meridian office at 1-800-213-6446.

    • Deposits & Cancellations:
  • A 50% deposit is required to reserve any condo or golf and activities package.
  • The deposit is fully refundable for any reservation canceled 30 days or more before the scheduled arrival date.
  • Deposits may not be refundable for golf reserved in advance, depending on the golf course policy.
  • The deposit is nonrefundable if any reservation is canceled within 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
  • There is no refund for checking out before your scheduled departure date, or for arrival after scheduled check-in date.
  • Full deposit for golf courses, activities/tours or rental cars may be required depending on vendor policy.
  • There may be a charge to cancel or rearrange any golf reservations already made.

    • Payments:
  • Payment in full is required at check-in. After-hours check-in requires advance payment in full 14 days prior to arrival.
  • MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express are all accepted. Personal checks are not accepted at time of check-in.

    • Policies:
  • Bed types may be customized upon 7-day advance notice. Any combination of one (1) king or two (2) twin beds may be arranged in each bedroom.
  • All reservations taken are subject to availability. Rates do not include taxes and gratuities.
  • Check-in is after 3:00 pm. Check-out is before 10:00 am.
  • We cannot guarantee a specific room number or location but will try to accommodate special requests.
  • Certain premiums may apply in order to guarantee any room or location.
  • All rates and packages are subject to change without notice. Golf course categories are subject to change without notice.
  • Rates may not apply to special events or holidays.
  • Meridian is not responsible for representations of course descriptions and conditions.
